RAGLAND, New Mexico

This LL3 olivine-hypersthene chondrite was found in 1982 in Quay County, New Mexico. It shows superb chondrules and is in terrific condition. Terrestrial weathering has oxidized out the metal grains and made it an overall rusty color.
